Intellectual Property and Brand Use

Lancaster Solutions LLC owns or licenses the Asuruas name, marks, software, interface designs, documentation, educational content, methodologies, and original visual assets, excluding Customer Data and identified third-party materials. No ownership transfers except through an express written assignment.

Customer retains ownership of its Customer Data and original materials. Subject to payment and the agreement, Customer may use and share reports generated for its authorized internal operations and client work. That permission does not transfer the underlying Asuruas software, templates, methodologies, or marks and does not permit resale of the service itself.

Feedback may be used to improve Asuruas without restriction, provided Customer is not identified as its source without permission. Aggregated or de-identified service data is handled as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

• Do not modify the Asuruas marks, remove notices, imply endorsement or certification, or use a confusingly similar business, product, domain, or social account name.
• Do not describe an Asuruas report as a legal, security, accessibility, or search certification.
• Customer logos, names, quotes, and case studies require the customer's approval before public use except for factual private account administration.

Third-party names, marks, libraries, and content remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses. Reference to a provider or product does not imply endorsement.
