Accessibility Statement

Lancaster Solutions LLC is committed to making the Asuruas public website and hosted service usable by people with disabilities.

01

1. Commitment and target

We aim to design and maintain the customer-facing Asuruas experience in substantial alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, recognizing that conformance is a continuing process and that automated testing alone cannot establish accessibility.

We work toward semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, text alternatives, responsive reflow, status announcements, reduced-motion support, and understandable errors and instructions.

02

2. Scope

This statement covers the asuruas.com public site, registration, authentication, account workspace, billing links, reports generated by Asuruas, and support interactions that Lancaster Solutions LLC controls. Third-party content and services may have separate accessibility practices, but we will work to provide an accessible path for core customer tasks where reasonably possible.

03

3. Known limitations

  • Complex charts, screenshots, scanned evidence, and customer-supplied content may require accessible summaries, data tables, captions, or alternative formats.
  • Third-party hosted checkout, challenge, document, and integration experiences are partly controlled by their providers.
  • New or rapidly changing features may have defects that require remediation after testing or feedback.
  • An automated audit finding is not a certification that a website conforms to an accessibility standard or law.
04

4. Testing and improvement

We use a combination of semantic review, keyboard testing, automated checks, responsive testing, and prioritized manual review. Material barriers affecting registration, sign-in, billing, support, data rights, or core workspace tasks receive priority.

05

5. Feedback and alternatives

To report a barrier or request a reasonable alternative format, email clancaster@lancastersolutionsllc.com. Include the page or task, the problem, and—only if you wish—the browser, device, and assistive technology used. Do not include passwords or sensitive Customer Data.

We will acknowledge accessibility feedback as soon as reasonably practicable, investigate in proportion to impact, and communicate an available workaround or remediation status when possible.

Effective August 9, 2026.
